File and page checks
Uploads are limited to 10 MB. The server checks PDF, PNG and JPG signatures, counts PDF pages and reserves the required page allowance before extraction. Failed conversions release the reservation.

BankStatementConverter reads a file you choose, returns editable transaction data and lets you download the reviewed result. We do not ask for online-banking credentials.

Raw uploads are not saved to our database
The server reads the file in memory to send it for extraction. It does not write the original PDF or image bytes to the application database.
AI provider processing
The document is sent to OpenRouter and the selected model provider. Requests ask for routing to providers that do not collect user data; provider handling and retention are governed by their policies.
History depends on sign-in
Anonymous results are returned without a saved conversion-history record; a hashed visitor IP and page-use record enforce the daily allowance. Signed-in results and metadata are saved to account history.
Account sessions
Google sign-in, when enabled, is verified on the server. The session uses a signed, HttpOnly, SameSite cookie with a 30-day expiry. We do not receive your banking password.
Review and export
Excel .xlsx, CSV and JSON downloads are generated in your browser from the table you reviewed. Text is escaped to reduce spreadsheet-formula injection risk.
